Google Calendar on your screens.

Connect a Google account and show any of its calendars on screen. Events update by themselves when you change them in Google Calendar.

Recorded from the POMP player with sample content

Amazon Fire TV, Samsung and LG apps are coming soon.

How it works

Turn on Google Calendar in Settings and sign in with the Google account that owns or shares the calendar. POMP lists the calendars in that account's calendar list, including ones shared with it, and you pick one for each Google Calendar screen.

Choose how events are laid out. Full is a week at a glance, with today first and each day as its own column. What's On highlights what's happening now and what's next, which suits foyers and event venues. Up Next turns the screen into a room sign that shows whether a room is available or in use, until when, and the rest of today's bookings.

Your calendar stays the single source of truth. Staff keep working in Google Calendar as they do now, and every screen follows along. POMP has read-only access and never creates, edits or deletes events.

Google Calendar questions

Does POMP change my calendar?

No. POMP only reads events to display them.

What's the difference between Full, What's On and Up Next?

Full shows the week as day columns, starting with today. What's On lists what's happening now and what's coming up. Up Next is a room sign: available or in use, the next bookings and a timeline of the day.

Can I show more than one calendar?

Yes. Add a Google Calendar screen for each calendar you want, such as one per meeting room or one for events and another for sport, and put them in the same or different playlists.

Do changes in Google Calendar show up automatically?

Yes. Add, move or cancel an event in Google Calendar and screens show the change after POMP's next sync, with no editing in POMP.

Which devices show Google Calendar screens?

It works on every POMP player: Apple TV, Android TV and Google TV devices, iPad, and any modern web browser at player.pompsignage.com, which covers PCs, kiosks and most smart TVs with a browser. An iPad by a meeting room door works well with the Up Next view. Native apps for Amazon Fire TV, Samsung and LG smart TVs are coming soon.

Which plans include Google Calendar?

Google Calendar is a premium integration, included on the Basic, Pro and Advanced plans. It isn't part of the Free plan, so you can try POMP on Free with images, video and designs, then upgrade when you want Google Calendar on your screens.

Put your first screen live in minutes.

The Free plan is free forever. No card, no contract, no special hardware.
