Images on your screens.
Upload JPG, PNG, GIF or WebP images, or photos straight from an iPhone, to your media library, pick some for a screen, and POMP shows them full screen. Images are cached on the device, so they keep playing if the internet drops.
Amazon Fire TV, Samsung and LG apps are coming soon.
How it works
The Images screen is the simplest way to get something on a TV. Upload your posters, photos or slides to the media library once, then add an Images screen to any playlist and tick the ones you want. Each time the screen comes round, POMP picks one of the selected images at random, so a single screen slot can rotate through a whole set of promotions without you building a long playlist.
Every image downloads to the player and is kept on the device. That means smooth transitions, no buffering on slow Wi-Fi, and screens that keep going through an internet outage. When you upload a replacement or change the selection, screens pick up the change at their next check-in, usually within a minute.
Use the schedule on each screen to show images only on certain days, dates or times: a lunch special from 11am to 2pm, or an open day poster for the week before the event.
What you get

- Set how many seconds the screen stays up.
- Use Image URL in expert mode to show an image hosted somewhere else, such as a webcam still or a chart that updates itself.
- Design posters in Canva and import them straight into your media library.
Set it up
- 1Upload images in Media.

Images questions
Which image formats can I upload?
JPG, PNG, GIF and WebP, up to 50MB per file. iPhone HEIC photos are converted to JPEG when you upload them. Images are cached on the screen after the first download.
Do images keep playing offline?
Yes. The player stores media locally and keeps running your last playlist until the connection comes back.
What size should my images be?
Design at 1920×1080 for landscape screens or 1080×1920 for portrait. Images are scaled to fill the screen, so matching the screen's shape avoids cropping.
How much storage do images use?
Uploaded images count towards your plan's media storage: 25MB on Free and more on paid plans. Images shown from an outside link with Image URL don't use storage.
Which devices can show image screens?
It works on every POMP player: Apple TV, Android TV and Google TV devices, iPad, and any modern web browser at player.pompsignage.com, which covers PCs, kiosks and most smart TVs with a browser. Native apps for Amazon Fire TV, Samsung and LG smart TVs are coming soon.
Is the Images screen on the Free plan?
Yes. The Images screen is included on every POMP plan, including Free, which covers 1 screen and 1 playlist. Paid plans add more screens, playlists and storage.
