What the screen says
The eye test reminder template comes with sample wording for optometrists, eyewear stores and hearing clinics, so you only need to change the details. Out of the box it reads:
- WHEN WAS YOUR LAST EYE TEST?
- years between eye tests.
- That's what most adults need, and every year after 65. Many eye conditions have no early symptoms, so a check catches them first.
- 45 min
- Full eye test
- Free
- For under 16s
- Adult eye test
- Book at the front desk or scan to pick a time.
