Statance status board on your screens.
Put your Statance monitoring on a TV: a status banner that turns red the moment something goes down, uptime and server tiles, every monitor and server, and open incidents. It's drawn natively, so it works on Apple TV.
Amazon Fire TV, Samsung and LG apps are coming soon.
How it works
Statance watches your websites, APIs, servers, certificates and cloud services like PaperCut Hive. The Statance status board puts all of it on a screen people walk past, so the team knows something is wrong before the first support call.
A banner across the top says whether everything is operational, and turns amber or red as soon as Statance sees a problem. Tiles show monitors up, servers online, open incidents and 30-day uptime, with a card for every monitor and server underneath. Anything down moves to the front.
The board is drawn natively by the POMP player rather than loaded as a web page, so it runs on Apple TV, which has no web browser, as well as Android TV, iPad and the web player.
What you get
- The banner, tiles, monitors and servers update on screen about every 30 seconds, without reloading the playlist.
- Problems sort to the top, and long lists of monitors and servers page through on their own.
- Works in landscape and portrait, on Apple TV, Android TV, iPad and the web player.
Set it up
- 1In Statance, go to TV displays and create a display.
- 2Add a Statance status board screen in POMP and paste the display link.
